PRIVATE VEHICLE ADVERTISERS ONLY.

1. If in the opinion of Classified Search any advertisement is misleading it may be altered or deleted without notice.
2. All adverts and repeat adverts will be removed from the website after one calendar month unless re-booked free of charge during the3 days preceding expiry. After advertising for 3 months the advert will be permanently removed unless the vendor would like to keep the advert running, in which case the full cost of advertising must be paid again.
3. Any error in adverts or alterations can be rectified free of charge upon notification.
4. No responsibility is accepted by Classified Search for the condition of any vehicle advertised, consequential loss however caused, the bona fides of any buyer or seller introduced or the temporary suspension in advertisements service as a result of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Classified Search.
5. No money will be refunded should the advert fail to attract a response leading the sale of the vehicle.
6. If an advert is cancelled with the vehicle unsold a second vehicle can be advertised free of charge at any time in the 3 calendar months after the first vehicle was first advertised. The second advert will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the first but after 3 months from the commencement of the first advert Classified Search reserves the right to remove the second advert permanently. A third vehicle may not be advertised unless the vendor pays the fee in full.
7. Should a vehicle be damaged or stolen after registering with Classified Search no money will be refunded by Classified Search.
8. Classified Search take every reasonable care in provision of this service but no guarantee is given to the accuracy or completeness of anything contained in this site. Prospective buyers of vehicles are advised to check with the vehicle owners the details of the vehicles.
9. No guarantee is given to the accuracy of any valuation given by Classified Search for the value of a vehicle. We will not accept responsibility for any loss associated with an inaccurate valuation as the prices are given for guidance only.
